FAQ

What are your covid safety guidelines?

We're requiring all guests take a test 1-3 days before the wedding, regardless of vaccination status. We'll be reminding everyone the week of the wedding and confirming results.

If you get a negative test result but feel unwell, we ask that you stay at home for the safety of all of our guests (including elderly and immunocompromized family members).

Because of these requirements, masks will be optional.

The wedding will be outdoors and in a ventilated barn. If you are at all uncomfortable with attending, we will not be offended if you decide not to come! Please let us know by May 15 so we can get an accurate headcount.

Can I bring my kids?

Yes! The whole family is invited. (Please add them to the RSVP so we know how many seats to include on your table)

There will be high chairs, and the hotel has cribs on request.

Is there an RSVP deadline?

May 15! RSVP HERE

Will the menu be vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free friendly?

Yup, there will be plenty of options. If you have special dietary needs or allergies, let us know by May 15.

Do you have a registry?

To be honest, we have way more 8 slice toasters stuff than we need. If you were thinking of giving a gift, we would appreciate a gift of cash. And if not, your presence at our wedding is enough :)

Can I bring or change my plus one? Can I have a friend as a plus one?

Yes! Feel free to update your RSVP anytime before May 15. RSVP HERE

WHAT IS THE WEDDING WEEKEND?

We decided not to have one. Just come for the wedding on Sunday. The hotel block rooms are for your convenience if you don't want to drive the morning or night of the wedding. It's completely optional.

Will there be any other events to attend other than the wedding?

No, just the wedding. We may decide to have an after-party last minute.

Is it okay if I leave early?

Yes! The wedding officially ends at 8pm but feel free to head out whenever you want.

is parking available at the venue?

Yes, free :)

What will the weather be like?

It's June, so kind of hot. Also bring an umbrella in case it rains (we'll be indoors if it does, but you'll have to walk there).

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors.

When should i arrive?

The ceremony starts at 3pm, so please arrive at 2:45pm.

Will I need to bring cash?

We'll have an open bar ;) Bring cash in case you need a lyft/taxi or if we go anywhere after the wedding.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Yes! Bonus points if you send them to us after (Facebook chat, text, IG—use whatever you'd like).

I still have questions. What is the best way to contact you?

Text Katie or Rob, but we won’t be answering much the day of. Get all your questions in before June 19. On the day of, you’re on your own.
